Can the patients there make phone calls?

I am a Counselor at Buffalo Valley in Hohenwald. My clients get to make one phone call when he comes in and then again in 7 days.

My fiance is at Buffalo valley an wasn't aloud to call when he got there an was told he had to wait 7 days

Yes ma'am. If it's an emergency or they're at wits end, they'll be able to make a phone call early but usually they have to wait until they become a yellow tag, anywhere from 10-14 days.
