I called a few mins before they closed and they were supposed to transfer me to someone that could help me an after a few mins of being in hold someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me so I called back and no answer they left for the day. That was rude! 😡😡😡

The numbers on your card are linked to your account, but are not apart of either number. Your routing number and account number can only be found together on your checks. Located on the bottom left, the account number is listed first and then your routing number that is separated by a colon (:)
