Went to this office with all necesaary documents for a replacement card. There wasn't anyone there needing help. It was a security guard and 1 office staff. They semt me a way bc I didnt have an appoimtment. They said appointments are 2 weeks out. Security guard seemed pleased to semd me out without being helped. Perfect example of those who work in government. Sad part is I'm a RN trying to pre hire work done so I can work >50hr weeks. Fortunately my employer worked with me on this d/t present cirumstances.
Yes you can get an appointment but its only for certain services. Not sure why its hanging up. I called a few times and got right through
