Did you know you can’t call one in your town? The 800 number customer service tells you they are not allow to so if you have a problem with delivery out of their scope you are just out of luck. UPS your customer service is solely lacking.

Today there was a problem with a delivery to my home. It could have made for a really frustrating experience, but the customer service at this UPS hub was top notch. They resolved my problem immediately and were very friendly. Thanks to Justin and the UPS team!

I am amazed at the level of customer care from this location! I had a package mis-delivered and the driver went back, retrieved my package and delivered it. I am in awe of the care this location gives to its customers. I wish ALL UPS locations were even half as customer oriented!!

Just returned a Amazon package here. They are most definitely able to return packages.
I would go to the UPS building and speak with someone. They open at 4:00 each day but weekends.

Delaura, You would want to get in contact with the shipper/sender of the package to file a damage claim. The damage claim includes having the package picked up and the damages inspected if needed.

No, att/direct TV return shipping contract is only with "The UPS Stores" not UPS (delivery). Closest location from Tullahoma would be Murfreesboro or Huntsville.
Get the UPS my choice app it's free and you can communicate with UPS anytime any where about your packages you will you will know when a package is coming in and you can re route your package to somewhere else if you need to that's what I do that's my best advice

This UPS in Tullahoma is not open on Saturdays. It does deliver saturday air packages to Manchester, Tullahoma, and Shelbyville. This service is a premium service and must be designated by the shipper.
