Horrible experience on my purchase. Never again would I give this company ANY of my business. Sales lady was fantastic in the store when I was spending my money but after obtaining the sale I was ghosted for 6 months no updates no nothing after February 24th.. Their care for customers is non existent be very hesitant to give this “family owned” business any of your business unless you want to be frustrated and regret it

After over 2 years of being told we would receive the dining room set we purchased. We were contacted and told the set is no longer manufactured. Smithe picked up our dining room table and chairs and offered $500 off our purchase for it and left us with a loaner table from the show room floor which is scratched and the leaf cannot be removed. Last month we were offered a full refund but they need to pick up the loaner table. I said ok so bring back my dining room table and chairs. "Oh we can't it's been donated!" So now I don't have any dining room furniture! Thanks for Nothing! Horrible customer service! #MAKEUSWHOLE

Was looking for furniture for our living rm. and went into the store in Orland Park,was greeted by Danielle a designer and boy was she wonderful . Went above and beyond to help us decide what would be the best fit for us even came to the house twice.Was so understanding and patience with me, whenI was trying to make my decision.She was a great listener and really understood what we were looking for.I think that’s what makes her a great designer .Thank you again,Danielle! Spoke to Delivery several times since November and was lead on by employee’s of Walter E Smith to believe furniture was going to be delivered to a new address. Furniture I clearly paid for. Today I spoke with Cory and I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager and after several attempts of asking for a manager to speak to she finally stated that no manager is Available at this time. She stated that she will have a manager call me back. I have been trying to deal with this issue since November and have been lead on since then by Walter E Smith Employees.
