Great experience this morning. Very short wait, pleasantly greeted and directed to sign-in via computer. Jennifer was quite knowledgeable and effective. And she was very polite and patient. Thank you Tullahoma office!

Nicole was rude, dismissive and condescending. As I tried to explain why I was not understanding a particular question, she became increasingly impatient and hostile. Do they really need to employ people that represent this office so poorly!

Do not go here they will send your social card to the wrong address and act like they don’t care abt it

Why on earth has my Medicare been stop my paper work that you sent me said my Medicare would start January 1st of 2019 now you telling me it July the 1st so I have to pay all the doctor from January 1 till July just not right.i became disabled July of 2016
If Im not mistaken, anything over your allotted amount per year your allowed to make, Will result in a deduction in your check..... Possibly a revaluation of your case(your disability)to see if you are better in your condition to not be classified as disabled and/or circumstances(?).
U can walk in. You don't need a appt.
Take your final divorce decree to your local social security office. Be sure to take your identification such as your driver's license. Your local office is who serves your county that you reside.
I'd call them and make sure probably driver's license marriage license
Call them and asked
Yes just call them over the phone to ask them question and how to get it.
Went to this office with all necesaary documents for a replacement card. There wasn't anyone there needing help. It was a security guard and 1 office staff. They semt me a way bc I didnt have an appoimtment. They said appointments are 2 weeks out. Security guard seemed pleased to semd me out without being helped. Perfect example of those who work in government. Sad part is I'm a RN trying to pre hire work done so I can work >50hr weeks. Fortunately my employer worked with me on this d/t present cirumstances.
Yes, call them because when I was there recently, they were not seeing ppl face to face.
It's free.. and I believe all u need is proof of who u are. Like other id
Idk I cant get it til im 65
Not sure. I don't work on computer very well and so I went to the Tullahoma office. It will take up to 2 weeks before I receive my replacement card.
No
Yes, but I think there is a limit on how much you can earn before it effects your benefit amount. You should call the 1 800 number and ask a professional.
It's based in income.
You don't need a appointment just do a walk-in
A photo id
I think it depends on how bad it is and if you have any other medical problems with it best suggestion and I would advise is to talk to your doctor and talk to a lawyer
Check your routing number and account number make sure that it matches the same as the bank and the one that you gave them and if you have a family member living in same house on disability make sure that they didn't put it in their account other than that I'm pretty sure that you will have to make a trip to the office they open at 9 am
Yes
Take your final decree to your local office
