Is the hospital aloud to take their patients stuff from them and want money to give it back if not I will sue the hospital or they better give my landlord's his stuff ot I will

Well they did and I want them to give my landlord's stuff back to him so he can send me my documents and keys the hospital took from my landlord his name is keith
