Please refer to this website for information about license examinations: https://www.dmv.pa.gov/Driver-Services/Driver-Licensing/pages/get-driver-license.aspx You will not use your own vehicle (or a rental for that matter) for taking the road test. Since drivers taking a road test are unproven and unlicensed, examination vehicles are equipped with features to allow the examiner to take control of the vehicle in the event of the examiner losing control or behaving in an unsafe manner. Since personal (and rental) vehicles lack these modifications, they cannot be used in the course of a road test.

Don't see why not. You just need to have the insurance and registration information for the car with you.
