Filipino ingredients yes, but food is limited to a small amount of baked goods like pan de sal, spanish bread, etc.
They definitely cover Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc. Ive never seen anything specifically Filipino, but I'm sure there is some overlap.
There is some Filipino, but I don't know what Filipino food is in store.
