Waterbury does have hotels. Check with aria, I don't know positively but they may have a package with a hotel near by to help with costs for your out of town guests. (I had that happen with a different wedding location) can't hurt to ask. Good luck! 😁

I am really not sure but I I didn't think they had hotel accommodations right there. If you check their website online it will tell you I'm sure. But it was a beautiful place for a wedding! I think some of the guests at the wedding I went to stayed at a Marriott in Waterbury you could always check their locations to. Sorry I wasn't much help.
