I had previously signed my Registration over to my son in case of death. Now I want to sell it to another person. Do I need a new registration and how do I get one. I have the signed resistration. Can I still use this and cross out his name.

If you singed it over to your son. He is the legal owner. Just have him sign it back over to you then you can do whatever you want with it..
