If u owe fines you have to pay them and call Weathersfield CT DMV..if it expired more than 2 years..u have to do it all over again...if it was dui proof of class or program and fine..good luck
Get a letter from the dmv pay fines if there are any and pay for a new license
I think it depends on why you lost it. You might need to take your driving test all over again
