No they have event rooms. And then they have dining rooms with beautiful view. They can accommodate you for lunch.
You should but Walk ins are pretty quick we were told 45 minutes but the waiting was like 15 minutes Was worth it amazing view
You do not but it's preferred if you don't want to wait for a table.
