The owner is nice. He took care of an issue my sister had with a homeless pretending to be the manager. And the actual manager/janitor allowing them to set up shop inside with a dirty old couch in the back. Now gone, thanks owner. Likely the same reason why the bathroom was walled off. It was always in use by the homeless when it was accessible. The laundromat itself is okay if nothing else is open, but there are better options. You'll see the occasional roach, there's sitting water smell coming from somewhere, people washing their pet beds and leaving hair. My biggest gripe though is that there are issues that should have been solved by now. The owner seems very hands off unless you bring something to his attention. There's a hole (shoddy window) above the doorway that hasn't been fixed since the beginning of time. Good way for critters and bugs to get in. On my last two trips, the door was plywood because it was likely broken into. The hinge is though and the door will hit you, be careful. An investment in appearance wouldn't hurt either.
