I'm getting my ears pierced for the first time and have a couple questions. Do they use a needle or piercing gun? Also how long do you have to wait for it to heal? Lastly how much do you charge? Thank you!!

Hey Maria, Thanks so much for contacting us. We use single use needles only for every piercing we do. Healing times will always vary depending on the placement but most piercings can take up to a year to fully heal. With pricing it starts at $60 to $70 per piercing depending on placement. The price always includes the basic jewelry with each piercing and we do have a large selection of other pieces you can choose from when here if you wanted to upgrade to something else. edit for new question: The initial healing period will be around then that you can look to change to shorter posts but the piercings will still be healing and jewelry needs to be maintained in the piercing channels for the first year at all times. Typically we recommend to wait at 6 to 8 weeks for a professional to change to implant grade jewelry and 5 months before changing yourself. The gun piercing is very unsafe, inaccurate, and painful while a needle piercing is the opposite when done properly.

I heard ear piercings take about 6 weeks to heal. How long should I wait before changing it to other earrings? Also what's the diff. between a needle and the piercing gun?
