Our seasonal rate is $2250 we are on a middle sized site that is metered. The non metered sites are a little less. She also has larger sites that are a higher price. On non metered you do not pay electric however cannot use ACs on metered you pay electric but can run whatever you like. There is a winter storage fee of $150
It depends on the site, but they are very reasonable.
