I was overcharged and told I would be provided aovie ticket instead of a refund over a week and a half ago where is my ticket. Do you overcharge everyone and lie to them or is it just me?

If you purchase online or kiosk however spelled you won't get any advertised price it happened to me when I questioned it i cancelled and used a human hehehe instead for $5 dollar Tuesdays in October if that's what you are referring to
