Absolutely the WORST customer service I have dealt with! Was told to shut off our ac until he could get there. Ok fine. He was then asked when that would be as we have an elderly person in the home with us, so that we could figure things out, he proceeded to say “I’m all set” & slammed the phone down! Giving him 1 star was wayyy more than he deserved. I work in an office taking/making 100+ calls per day - this is NOT how you handle things.

Mr. Steve Lavimoniere is definitively the best professional in the field of plumbing, air conditioning, Heating, ventilation, radiant surface comfort zoning, insulated conduit and pipe fittings and holds certification in multiple disciplines in his field. He prefers to get involved with repairs and restoration of services over brand new installations, but if needed he will proceed with perfection in both residential, commercial and even industrial situations. Mr. Lavimoniere is a truly modern age genius, with multiple interests in other fields: He enjoys raising chickens and ducks of various types, restoration and collection of premium antique automobiles, building and construction, and even cooking at a high level (although he calls is "working man style "). A true renaissance man !
