Everyone in our group were outside meeting with everyone. Some relatives I had not seen in years then everyone went inside. Inside in the chapel and a sevice was performed there. It was very nice, then everyone exited outside. Some left others continued to talk outside. The burial did not take place that day because there were still things the cemetery needed to do to finish up with their records. The answer to your question is yes. The service is accessible by either a wheel chair or walker. I thought the service was very nice and you don't want to miss it.
Yes you have that access and they take care of you well their and very knowledgeable and helpful
Yes. Entrances and exits to both administration office and chapel are handicapped accessible.
