If you call there try pushing zero if not go in person i hate that automated system its stupid and a big inconvenience
The Washington St. USPS office, famous for losing endless packages (one wonders where they go), delaying mail, misdelivering, blaming customers for their own abuses, and treating customers terribly in general, has no customer service number. Shocking, right? You have to call the national number. It has an annoying automatic interface, but just keep mashing 0 to get past it. Also consider going in person. If you are facing a problem caused by them, I recommend being relentless in filing complaints to both the local and national offices.
