You are correct the State drags thwir heels processing the cards, and leave patients with no recourse at all. The Problem with opiates is that will not be an option for most with the DEA setting daily limits. Those limits for opiates are randomly based and do mot include mecical conditions. Plus paladin use will not lead to physical dependance as the opiates do
