Absolutely love Rita's and I will drive 30+ miles out of my way to have it. This was our first time at this location and it was the WORST Rita's I've ever been to for 3 reasons: The inside smelled *very* strongly of cleaning products. As soon as we ordered we had to leave, it was terribly nauseating. I went a second time a week later and the smell was the same. My kids had large pieces of unflavored ice in their Italian Ice. There was also no special flavor of custard, only vanilla and chocolate. All in all, very friendly staff, and the desserts were still mostly phenomenal.

They don't have chocolate custard and the employee had a disposition of a rattlesnake. We felt like we were bothering her when we walked in there.
