I went on a recent Sunday to see the post impressionists' exhibit. It was very crowded. I assumed it was because of the free admission to the museum and free parking they offer on Sundays and then the drawing power of that exhibit.
I have only been there once, but when I was there it didn't seem nor feel crowded. I am not sure how busy it is other days of the week.
