How can you charge for a system when your customer has died?? You have told me I cannot cancel my Dad's contract even though he has died. This is not what I was initially told. Your first rep said they only need a copy of the death cert. Scam!

I am only a customer but I would not pay the bill. If the contract was my dad's and he had passed away it should be void. Ask to speak to a supervisor. If they don't help then ask for their supervisor and keep going . That's what I would do. Sorry for your loss.
