If you are in MA, try seeking remedy under the consumer protection act. We are unfortunately is a fight with these scammers and attempting to pursue them under the MA law. Every claim is reported to the Attorney General. Considering that she just fined Comcast and forced them to refund deceptive fees, if enough complaints come through, maybe the Attorney General will take action on top of the consumer complaints. https://www.mass.gov/service-details/the-massachusetts-consumer-protection-law
This company services are inefficient and unfortunately all they care about is $$$ one pays, not your safety. Completely regret getting into contract.
