Had multiple issues with customer service and bullying my elderly mother to keep service. Service was cancelled in June and yet they billed her this week. Nobody seems to have a clue. Would never recommend.

Mine has never been installed. I didn’t want them to leave their products because my home had been destroyed by two hurricanes. I had no walls or doors that closed. They left the boxes in a windowsill. I am charged every month for service. I’ve called but was not believed. I now owe over $600. Send an installer to check out my “story”

While checking a service issue, James noted that I did not have fire protection on my new system and recommended the addition of an updated fire alarm. He arranged for the unit to be sent and dispatched a tech to install it at no charge. My system was tested and now includes fire protection. Everything now working and updated. Thanks James!

I had the same problem with this company, the continued to bill me after ending my contact. They ruined my credit, stay away from them.
Was anyone able to get out of their contracts with these idiots? Stupid door to door salesperson looped me into this and I was never even given info. Only reason I found out it was SHS was they sent me a "yearly verification" letter in the mail.
I can NOT get anyone to answer the to number that was given to me on wednesday!!!! I will be calling the monday morning
Well in my situation, there's several different companies that handle the system. 1 company brings out and install the equipment, a different one for billing, a different one for monitoring, one for tech support and one for repairs. None of them communicate with the others.
I never was informed they bought my old company didn’t know till service was shut down then they said I owe 600 I asked to speak to manager and she tried cutting me a shady deal no way
I was not pleased with contact, and may not renew.

There's is a small push button in the battery compartment. You need to push that after changing the batteries.
I am only a customer but I would not pay the bill. If the contract was my dad's and he had passed away it should be void. Ask to speak to a supervisor. If they don't help then ask for their supervisor and keep going . That's what I would do. Sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear about your troubles but this company is bad you need to call attorney general on them I report them and let people know how lousy they are!
You can call Extension 1500 for billing or get in contact with Customer service Extension 1100 if your account maybe/is assigned to collections 1600 for legal resolutions Extension 1700. Hope this helps!
