No problem but they will issue you an in store credit. You have to spent it at Wal-Mart.

If you bought with Kohls charge its easy they just look it up and can credit your card . If you paid cash and have no receipt they will give you in store credit but for lowest price ever sold at

You typically can go in and they will exchange it without a receipt, as long as you still have the tag. They are very helpful.
