I’d give a zero if I could. Ordered windows and should have known from the pushy salesman to say no but I went through with it. They were quick to get them made but on installation day, August 18, my large bay window was broken. They said they could install and have a new window (exterior pane only) in four weeks. The installers also left caulk and other material in and around the wi does that I had to clean.all of the windows had a sticky residue that took forever to get off too. On September 26 I called because I had not heard anything. The woman stated they put the order in on September 9 (three weeks after install) and it would be ready by November. So for another five week’s minimum, I have duck tape holding a window together into the cold months and I’m already paying for broken windows. I will never recommend this company to anyone or ever work with them again.

We replace each window one at a time to limit the number of openings for energy loss. We tightly seal the area around the window and also replace the trim. Then we haul away and safely dispose of your old windows and clean up any debris. Finally, we will walk through your home and do a final inspection with you to make sure everything is in perfect order. We will show you how your new windows function, how to clean them, and answer any questions you may have.
