We had just had our truck down for 4 days for a engine harness as the diagnosis for an after-treatment code bundle, at another dealer. Made it 2 miles down down the road and derated again. Our poor Driver Ron was having a bad week as a result when we suspected problem was in Aftertreatment wiring somewhere based on codes. Explained all of this coming into labor day weekend. Sarah and Steve really made us see that they care. they had a week and a half backlog and still managed to squeeze us in and found the problem and resolved the issue, and I can't even begin to express "how much of a breath of fresh air this team is" they communicate well and care that you know what is happening, as well as taking the time to trace the problem to it's origin (now that is how we find a solution). I wish we could spread this work ethic and passion for helping around the country. So if you invent a cloning machine then we just experienced the team to clone! I am so impressed with this group of folks, that I thought I should share it with you, so you can form your own opinion.
