Sometimes people occupy the handicap spaces that aren't handicap. Or, they're using "mom or Dad's tag" shame on them

Yes, you are right. My friend was in a wheelchair & parking always was a problem, walking distance to the stores or restaurant, it was hard on her & me. Noone gets it unless it happens to them.
