Did a call ahead order and they forgot about my order and I had to wait 30 minutes my wife's cheese cake was frozen and didn't have the topping. Like cheese cake was frozen solid. And they forgot my soup

Olive Garden has a great staff. If you talk to a manager I'm positive they will take steps to make sure you are happy. This is not the norm for this location. They have always had superior service and quality meals.

I am so sorry to hear that. I can assure you that if you sit down and eat it would be totaly exquisite. But if u may not have the time to sit and eat proabaly just ask the manager to talk to the cook, or the waiter and then you'll get the food you want while also helping the olive garden community get better and expand even more
