Does anyone know if the office is open to the public because trying to get through to them over the phone this past week is nearly impossible.

No its not open to public unless u have appointment. Calling the number is a waste of time. Go on website to make appointment

I also went yesterday you have to go and make an appointment they are not answering the phone
