I am extremely grateful that this place is available for the seniors in this area who choose to try and live an independent lifestyle. However, it certainly could be better maintained. The carpet is absolutely filthy, the laundry room needs to be completely overhauled, the elevators need to be cleaned and better maintained. The seniors need a reliable handy man who can help them with things around the house. The heat in winter is not always that great. I'm sure there are enough funds pouring into this place. There are no known security concerns which is a huge plus. It would be nice if a few activities resumed for the seniors. Again, it is highly appreciated that this place exists for the seniors however, more needs to be done. This place is a gem waiting to shone.

There was a lady there that was like 92 years old very kind friendly black beautiful lady. I was just saying I hope I make it to her age gracefully like her she is natural sain & admired ..
