1st time here. There was a really bad smell in the store. It made it hard to enjoy the experience. Bathrooms were blocked closed. Only 3 dressing rooms. I have been to many locations that were so much better. The staff was super friendly and they deserve a better store to work in, but the store was just not anything to really be upbeat about. I would skip this one.

The reps are so rude. They get upset if you ask questions about items. The lady who checked us out gave us the wrong receipt and it showed we were overcharged. Then she got a whole nasty attitude about it when it was her error. Then the rep helping her wouldn't even let us explain what we were there for, just to get a copy of OUR receipt, since we received a wrong one and she just shushed me up. She made me bring everything back just to rerun everything. We had already half way home and I had removed some tags. She tried to claim the tags didn't belong cause they were off ans wanted to charge more.

I just went and the young lady with blonde hair in a bun asked me if I wanted to donate and I said not today and she gave me my total under $19 and some change but when she charged me she still rounded it up To $20 when I double checked my receipt here at home, I tried calling and no one answered .. I do want to point out I never have had any issues with any of the other young ladies they are so very kind ..it was not much but 66cents this didn’t sit right with me because of the way she did it she gave me total before donation and still charged the donation I did not approve just makes me wonder how many other customers this is happening to..
