There's three food booths offering themed dishes. There is a separate line for each booth so the wait really depends on demand. I did not wait in line, but my companion, who was at the longest line, took 20 minutes to be served. We were here on a weekend at 2pm.

Very long but they will go faster than you think
Varies but much shorter than the weekends. Id suggest Monday-Wednesday
