All places must allow service dogs. As far as how they treat people, some have a very limited English vocabulary, so they aren't rude, just unable to chat. (I am a regular there, so I know the staff well.)

Yes they do . Legal they have to. Staff just not very talkative so they seem rude but they aren't. And its probably those people that have that dog which really is not a service dog just to bring in restaurant. You know how that is .
