I was getting really tired of shopping for blinds, so I'm really lucky that I found this place! The helpful and friendly staff put my mind at ease, the order was executed swiftly and I'm so pleased with the results! My only issue is that my cats like my new blinds too, so I'm still getting used to the new noise in the house!

I ordered blinds in November 2021, including a valance. The order was shipped to my home in CT but was missing the returns on the end of the valance. I called and a piece was subsequently mailed up. I’ll have to cut the insert myself to put into returns on each end, which is no big deal, but they did not include the brackets that attach the returns to the valance. I called again. I was told someone would get back to me (they never did). I called again. I was told they should have been included in what was shipped (they were not). I was told they will be mailed. I waited and called again. Was told they were being put in the mail that day. Never received. I called again and told they would be mailed. Nothing, and it’s been over 7 months since I received the initial order. I still don’t have the returns on my valance up. I would think a company that charges this much for blinds would have better customer service. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

This company is all around just the best! I was looking to update my blinds and I couldn't be more happy. The quality is outstanding, the prices are amazing and the customer service is top notch! The owner even sent me a message after I ordered to make sure if what I ordered was right because I ordered 2 of the and thing and he was right, I didn't need two of them. Shipping was fast and I have to say my blinds are brand new again. Thank you so much. Please do not hesitate to buy/order from them, they are 100% awesome.

Great company. Customer service was great. I called before online ordering and they answered all my questions. My order was filled within 3 hrs. Amazing. I chose to pickup my order at their plant. Easy to find. Great people. I will absolutely order from them when I'm ready to replace my vertical slats in my other room.

Good Afternoon! We can help. Going from a split stack to a one way stacking track is not possible the way its currently made. Depending on the issue of your vertical not closing properly, it may just be an adjustment that's needed. If you'd like to give us a call, we'd be happy to assist.
