Charged be $400 for a tattoo that took one hour to complete. It was my first one too. Edit: it was not a rib piece, I paid $100 upfront for an upper back piece, then was charged an additional $300 for what he said was a 2 hour tattoo if I squirmed, I didn’t squirm and he got it done in about an hour and 10 minutes.
