Absolutely THE WORST service of any company our convenience store has ever dealt with. We are a small gas/bait/convenience store on the approach to a large state recreation area/lake and many times, we have tried to get them out to deliver ice when we've needed it, including holiday weekends. We call and call. They lie and lie, if you can reach anyone. Nothing worse than losing a bunch of business because we don't have ice. Right now, we've been calling for a week and still have no ice, and temperatures in the 80's and 90's. Absolutely horrible!

we have been trying to get ice delivered for almost two weeks now. Every time you call the customer service, they tell you it's scheduled for a particular day but It's never delivered . I have called them for so many days in a row but even with that , they won't do anything besides lying. I would never want to do a business with this kind of company and looking for a new vendor who can deliver ice on time and takes care of its customers.

We have been waiting now 10 days for our delivery!!! Every time we call we get told it's coming "today" and it doesn't show up. I know that my place of business is not the only one to have this terrible experience to bring in some frozen water for our customers. Grrrr!!!! Never had an issue with the delivery drivers I have met but I never see them cuz my orders just halted 10 days ago!!!
