The rooms are all booked up due to everyone out for Thanksgiving
We were told they are all booked up this week through Friday.

They are. Best time to go is Sunday thru Thursday!!!
They always keep a certain number of comp rooms for the people who spend a lot of money. Mainly your high rollers or have the higher gaming cards. Hope that helps. Sometimes you have to call ahead or keep calling then they will open the rooms up for availability.
