The massage itself was very good, but I won’t go back. Therapist was not chatty during the service, which I really like. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s okay. HOWEVER: - My therapist never introduced herself, so I don’t know her name. I only saw the one staff person, though I heard others later. - She made me pay in advance. Unusual, but maybe they’ve been burned by clients not paying for services. - She left the treatment room several times to fetch things, clattering loudly in and out, and with no explanations. The door was actually open through most of my service. - Poor draping! I’ve never had a therapist completely uncover back, legs and buttocks. They typically have a large sheet covering shoulders to feet, and roll it back to only expose what is being worked on, tucking edges under you to keep you covered. She just left me all hanging out, and it was worse because she kept going in and out of the room! - There was a curtain over the open doorway, but she literally exposed me several times. I have no idea who may have been outside the room, but I heard other clients arrive during my session. The bell at the street door is not quiet. - After the service, as soon as I came out of the room my therapist was in my face demanding a tip. “You tip now! Cash or card?” I was startled, but gave my card again…and she told me the amount I gave was not enough! I tried not to get upset, but I did explain that demanding a tip is rude and unnecessary. I was going to offer, and most people are decent. But I tipped 15% despite how she treated me, and she complained. Never again.

Wonderful massage!!! I travel for work and am always looking for reflexology, Chinese or Thai massage while in different cities. Red River Spa was one of the best I've found. As some people mentioned plan to pay upfront. Very professional and clean. I will definitely return in the future.

We made a appointment for a couples massage for a hour. When we got there she said she couldn’t serve us and then when I said we had reservations for a hour she said she can only do 30 min because they were too busy. The place was a gosht town, also when I asked to speak to a manager she then asked us to leave. I was very disappointed in the service being that I was in a lot of pain due to a a prior injury
