If your neighbors have kids, it's going to be a noisy. If your neighbors like music, it's going to be noisy. Freaking cardboard box next to the freeway would be quieter than this place. And the office won't do anything about your neighbor's loud music except offer up lame excuses. No, it wasn't surround sound! The office was still pretty friendly despite everything, so 5 stars on professionalism, at least.

Wonderful layout big pool a little expensive but if you work for the casino you do get a discount. Comes with washer and dryer. Water is paid and you get unlimited wifi for your own apartment also paid for by the apartments

We have been in the apartment since February and it's been nothing but problems. There's no sound barrier between the upstairs and downstairs apartments. You will hear every single noise they make upstairs. The hallways are awful. Pics posted. My suggestion is that if you are wanting to live here ask to see the actual apartment you will be in. If you can't see it be sure to check out any of the buildings other than the two in front. Those are in mint condition. Check out where YOU will be living. They just put in all new landscaping today but say that a new power washer power washer to clean the nasty hallways is not in the budget. Hardly anyone picks up after their dogs either. Not the fault of the office. They can't catch them if they don't see them. But if you report something broken it does get fixed pretty quick. The apartments are really nice on the inside. You just have to put up with noise and nasty hallways. Too expensive for what you get. Can't wait till our lease is up. Oh and you are only allowed either one ceiling fan or one light fixture for the two bedrooms and living room. If you want them in the other rooms you have to pay for them. And they stay in the apartment when you leave. We picked a ceiling fan for the living room. We bought floor fans for the bedrooms but still no lights in there. So ridiculous

I lived here 9 months. Paid 1300 monthly and got treated badly. There has been 5 different leasing agents since I lived here and 2 different managers also 2 different assistant managers. My Apartment Flooded 3 times from April To July Not Once Did They Fix THE Original problem. The air conditioning went out four times in 3 months and they took days to fix because the a/c company is out of okc. The apartment also had black mold in it for 3 months it took them to fix the water damage. People running in and out your home just to assessing damage and not warning you are fixing anything going through every room, cupboard, and closet is very uncomfortable. Especially when they walk in without knocking and you're getting dressed. Then they ask why are you getting dressed in the living room. No respect for tenants and as for the mold they said it was safe to live there that it had been cleared. Cleared by whom. I didn't get anything in writing just my children sneezing and coughing and hospital bills from allergies flaring up. So stressful living here. No peace only thing that is nice is if you like seclusion. Not worth it. Plus they say the shuttle will take you to work if you live there and work at the casino. It made my husband late because they say it comes every 15 mins he waited an hour it never showed.
