I had an emergency and I can't go on the date I need to go can I get a refund just bought them today

I would call them up see if they can help with that not sure what the website says

The tickets are valid for as long as it is open. As long as they go unused you can redeem another day.

Unfortunately I think they don't give refunds but maybe if you can actually get someone on the phone you can try to change the date ..good luck!
