The FC is easy, because its down Stars. GO to the main Hall and take the stairs on either side.

Yes. Food court is in the lower level under. Maps are on East and west side entrances. From 42 and park, you can walk left from the clock( or possibly right as well) and will see stairs going down. You can also ask someone.
