I live in TN and a great org that help me is PEOPLE FOR ANIMALS. I live on a farm and cats are dumped or show up. They have helped me fix them, but I have to save for shots and FOOD. IT'S easier to find homes after they are fixed. Five have been (free) adopted into safe loving homes. I am still feeding/loving 15 cats (all rescued and fixed. Good luck.
Call North Shore and see if they will answer your question about if they do it for free number one number two ask him for the course kill two birds with one stone they're very very reasonable
It sounds like you might live far from them now. Try your local SPCA. They would know of services in your area.
They do spay/neuter for feral cats too
NYC-ACC and ASPCA have vans that visit neighborhoods. You can go to their websites for events.
Sure , you can go online or call and find out. If you rescued the kittens from the northshore they should do it for free, if not then the establishment where you adopted them might or should,. But if either applies to your situation the northshore will do it. But I am not sure of the fee. Sometimes there are places such as ASPCA that do those services for free
Google that number and call them I'm sure they'll try to help you
