I ordered a 16gb Kindle Fire HD as a reward through Pall Preferred in July. The website says to allow 4-6 weeks to receive the reward. After the 6 weeks and come and gone, I emailed the pall preferred contact email and got no response. I then tried calling the customer service number list. Customer service told me that I had to handle the request through the marketing department and gave me contact info. When I tried emailing and calling the marketing department I got no reply to the email, but finally got a voice mail saying that they were having problems with distributor. I was assured that it would be taken care of and I would receive the product in the next couple weeks. After a couple weeks went by with no communication for them I called again. This time I was able to talk to someone in person. She assured me that it was being taken care of and she would get it ordered personally by the end of the week if the distributor didn't take care of it. I waited another two weeks with no product and not contact. I tried calling marketing and left a voice mail, I emailed the pall preferred email and marketing email, and I tried the company customer service email, but have not gotten any reply. It has been over 3 months since I put in the order and I still have not received the product and can not get anyone to reply when I might actually see it.
