Any one else get sent straight to collection with out being offered any way to pay? Was two week i waited to get my statement and got a letter from collection. Also apparently their billing department doesn't have any way to be reached either 🤣🤣

I have had this issue, as an insured person, my name was and is still in their system 2 times, they have been advised to correct it but it never happens
