I need to return a mattress in a box. It comes vacumed packed, we tried rolling it up as much as we could, it won't fit in the box, how do we return it? I caleed, no one answers

Yes walmart should take it back even if you can't fit it back into the box as long you have your recite

The only thing is, I believe walmart has a limited turk policy on mattresses. I'll assume since you're rolling it up it is an air mattress. Last I knew they would only take them back of purchased within the part 14 days and even then only for an even exchange

I had the same issue one time and it wasn't a problem, as long as you bring in everything. The box, packaging and receipt. They will take it back.
