I have some mold in my air handler and was told that it needed an ultra violet to install in there. My question is --- can I just have it cleaned out with mold cleaner?

Mold treatments can be just as effective as uv lights.

I have them do a mold treatment for the air handler once a year for an extra cost. I do not use a UV light in my air handler
