The company is wonderful to work with, I requested a visit and within a day the appointment was set and Anthony showed up at the scheduled time(which isn't always the case with some companies, but he called as he was on his way.... excellent communication!). Anthony along with showing up, was so kind to my mother who is 93 and has memory issues....he took time to explain the purpose of the visit and was just plain ole fashioned nice :) The prices, materials, etc are all very reasonable ....recommend +++++ Thank you

I needed the accordion shutters for my lanai sliders removed and replaced for re-decking. The previous owner of the house passed his paperwork along to me, so I dug out the receipt from HSS and gave them a call. The tech who arrived explained the process, said the shutters were in great shape and can be reused, but gave me the option of either using the current tracks (to save a few bucks) or replacing them with new, low-profile tracks that would compliment the new decking. I opted for new and am glad I did - now that they are reinstalled they look great and operate smoother than they have in the last 4 years. Down-to-earth folks!

The whole team is fabulous, DJ their sales representative , to Steve who comes to do measurements, Michelle in their office a delight to speak and then their install team Dan & Wayne. Every thing was done professionally and cleaned up like they weren't even here.
